Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 week (5 business days) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Times

We offer international shipping. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• France and European Union: Delivery within 10 days from the shipping date.
• Rest of the World: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs. We will provide an estimated delivery time individually once your order has been confirmed.

Please note that actual delivery times may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays, especially for international shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/volume of your order. Any applicable import duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your parcel’s progress in real time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at contact@lechiller.com and we will investigate with the carrier. In the event of a confirmed lost package, we will offer a replacement or refund.
