Return and Refund Policy (EN)

Product Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, except for customized or made-to-order products which cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@lechiller.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, and including all accessories and documents.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error (defective product, wrong shipment).

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the purchase price of the product, excluding the original shipping costs, within 14 days.

Warranty extensions and maintenance contracts are non-refundable once the withdrawal period has expired.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, please contact us immediately at contact@lechiller.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Services (Warranty Extensions, Maintenance)

Warranty extensions and maintenance services are considered service contracts. They are refundable only within the legal withdrawal period (14 days after subscription). After this period, they are neither transferable nor refundable.
