I discovered LECHILLERTM for the first time as a customer in a wine bar. I loved having the bottle I'd chosen in the cellar, served fresh to the table, in just a few minutes.

When I worked in the restaurant business, I found LECHILLERTM very practical to use. Just insert the bottle and you can "forget" about it for a few minutes and continue serving with serenity. The audible alert lets us know when the bottle is ready to be served to the customer at the ideal temperature.

In LECHILLERTM, bottles are cooled in a vertical position. Bottles that have already been opened can therefore also be chilled. Customers can enjoy their chosen bottle at the right temperature during their meal, even if it lasts longer. This is useful when you don't have enough ice buckets, for example.

Today, I'm using it in the wine cellar of an E. LECLERC hypermarket in Levallois. Our cellar has over 4000 wine references. With LECHILLERTM, we can refresh bottles for both animations and tastings. And although we have around twenty references of wines and champagnes in the fridge, customers can have any bottle chilled in a few minutes to take away. Many customers have even got into the habit of using LECHILLERTM themselves.
